Chef Woodruff was recently recognized by Charleston City Paper as having one of the best dishes at the 2011 BB&T Charleston Wine & Food Festival. He uses the same care and detail when creating dishes for groups. When available, Chef Woodruff uses locally grown products. Banquet menus are available for viewing below, however; Chef Woodruff only uses these as a suggestion. The culinary team is happy to create custom menus based on taste and budget.
